What’s INcluded in my rental?

  • Exclusive access to the entire facility (2 golf bays) 

  • Each bay has Uneekor simulators with championship‑level courses and challenges

  • Spectator seating at each bay for mingling and non golfers 

  • Audio system for music 

  • Bring‑your‑own food or use our preferred caterer (food and beverage not allowed inside bays)

  • On‑site staff support throughout your event 

What is the Food and Alcohol policy?

In Washington State, event hosts must obtain a Banquet Permit from the Washington State Liquor & Cannabis Board (WSLCB) if they plan to serve alcohol.

A Banquet Permit allows:

  • Beer and wine to be served at a private event

  • Alcohol to be provided at no charge to guests

  • Hosts to bring or purchase alcohol from retail stores

A Banquet Permit does not allow:

  • Selling alcohol (including drink tickets or “donations”)

  • Public or advertised events

Event hosts are responsible for securing their own Banquet Permit and ensuring all alcohol service complies with WSLCB regulations. The permit is inexpensive, easy to obtain online: https://lcb.wa.gov/licensing/banquet-permits?utm_source=copilot.com

What is the price?

Full Facility Rental: $250 per hour

  • Tiered packages available (2–4 hours)

  • 50% is due upon agreement

OPTIONAL: Catering

OPTIONAL: Banquet license for serving alcohol
